Built on Experience
Focused on Independence
Thrive Living Care Group was founded to deliver structured, relationship-led supported living that helps adults move towards greater independence with confidence and stability.
Our Mission
Thrive Living Care Group was founded with a clear purpose: to provide high-quality supported living that genuinely prepares individuals for greater independence.
We recognise that many services focus on maintenance rather than progress. Our approach is different. We combine structure, consistency and relationship-led support to help individuals build confidence, develop essential life skills and move forward in a meaningful way.
Our mission is to support adults not just to live safely, but to live with purpose, autonomy and the skills needed for everyday life.

Who We Support
We support adults aged 18+ who require structured, consistent support to live more independently. This includes individuals transitioning from family homes, residential placements or other supported environments who benefit from a stable, step-by-step approach to independence.
Our service is particularly suited to individuals who require guidance, routine and relationship-led support to build confidence, develop everyday living skills and engage more fully in their communities.
How We Work
Our approach is built on structure, consistency and strong relationships. We create clear routines and supportive environments that promote stability while encouraging individuals to take increasing ownership of their daily lives.
Support is delivered in a way that balances safety with independence, ensuring individuals are guided, not restricted, as they develop confidence and practical skills.
